The problem
Scientists had to reconcile five datasets to interpret an assay. The work took two to three days, and a faster process still needed to show where each conclusion came from.
What I did
We built an AI-assisted workflow that connects source data, interpretation, and a report scientists can check. Feedback from the CSO and scientists across three live experiments helped us refine it.
The result
The recurring analysis moved from two to three days to minutes, with its supporting evidence kept visible for review.
What I learned
In clinical work, a fast answer is useful only when the people responsible can inspect and challenge it.
